“ Have been to Rosters bar a couple of times now and have always had a positive experience. Would come more often for dinner but the dining area is quite small, so a lot of planning goes into our arrival in order to get a table. Love the fact that they have a great happy hour with lots of options food and drink wise. Also like the fact that they have some daily specials at a great price point. Have tried the wings, Reuben, fish and chips and all are very good. Service has always been up to par. ”

Everything would have 5 stars but my personal preference on the size, needing a bigger environment inside as it was a tad hard to hear my person across from me :/. Otherwise its an incredible place!. “ It was time for my 98th eatery. I have only been in Roster's before and it was about thirteen years ago as I came here with my brother and his co-worker. They played Squash. They go all in on a hockey and Blue Jays themed setup inside. The walls and the ceiling are covered in memorabilia. For the fourth or fifth time, I suspended my vegetarian diet to try the Vipers Smash Burger. On the menu it is listed as saying it was voted the best burger in all of Vernon. As somebody who has eaten a burger in nearly all 63 countries I have visited including nearly every burger in Vernon, I was curious to rate it myself. You really need to like that distinct beef patty taste. As someone who quit eating meat 99 percent of the time 14 years ago, beef patties have a really overpowering and greasy taste. I loved the crunch of the onion rings and the pickle inside, and the mayo looking sauce is pretty tasty. I am very biased towards those spicy veggie burgers with a crunchy taste. I prefer Red Robin's veggie patty Burnin Love burger and Mr. Mike's veggie burger in town more than what I had today. I understand why you would like the Smash burger if you like the beef patty taste mixed with crunchy onion rings, a pickle, and bacon. The French Fries with it are okay. I'm glad the waitress brought vinegar without being asked. You have to ask for vinegar at most restaurants. I paid 25.97 after tax and tip for a burger that was voted as the city's best that included a side of fries and glasses of water. It's a bit steep for one burger, but given it's reputation and how packed the burger is, I understand why it is essentially a 26 burger. There are lots of TVs and the place has a very inspired setup. Also, the waitress here is awesome. She's probably the best server I've had in a while. Overall, I am glad I gave this place a try and am happy to put number 98 in the books. I should've waited until number 99 given the Gretzky posters on the wall. ”
“ Stopped here for a birthday lunch after enjoying the Okanagan Autocross races! This is a great little spot right in the Sports club. So many fun things to do. The patio is pet friendly and they bring water and pet menus for your pooch. Our waitress was great and kept on smiling through the very busy lunch rush! We all ordered something different and everyone was happy. Burger and sandwich’s, wings, tacos and breakfast! Excellent choices and very reasonable prices! Thanks for a lovely lunch. We will visit again when in town. ”
“ I have to admit to a bias, Rosters has been my squash club for the past 20 plus years and the senior cook and fellow squasher is a good buddy. I feel so fortunate to have the squash and racquetball facilities in this relatively small city. The sports themed bar is iconic with a small but good selection of draft beer and the food is delicious and well-priced. The soup and sandwich special is always good and the wings and burgers are the best in town. Oh - they now have a really good brunch menu Saturday & Sunday 10 to 2! I love the avocado toast with poached eggs - delicious and filling. ”
“ Really cool vibe in this notable sports bar. The server was attentive, personal and on top of our group. That's great. Food was very quick to come to the table and was 'as expected' for a later in the evening pub outing. We had shared appetizers so didn't try their signature burgers or other notable dishes. Definitely would return and enjoy the patio. ”
